Shipping Policy
Welcome to our Shipping Policy page. We are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and prompt shopping experience for our valued customers. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
Free Shipping Offer: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges will apply. These charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Fresh Batter Delivery (Chennai & Nearby Areas): Because our Idly, Dosa, and Millet batters are naturally fermented and contain zero preservatives, they are highly perishable. To ensure absolute freshness, our fresh batters are currently only available for local delivery within Chennai and select nearby areas. These items are dispatched through dedicated local delivery partners to reach your home fresh and cool.
Delivery Timeframe (Dry Groceries): For our dry products (such as masalas, millets, rice, podis, and flours), standard shipping typically takes 2 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on your location within India and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking information. You can track your order status directly on our website or through the courier partner’s portal using the provided tracking number.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are strictly limited to domestic deliveries within India.
