Are Aadhi Organics products 100% natural?
Yes! We strongly believe that good food begins with good ingredients. All our products—from our masalas and millets to our fresh batters—are 100% natural. We use zero artificial colours, zero added chemicals, and zero preservatives.
How long do your fresh batters stay fresh?
Because our Idly, Dosa, and Millet batters are made traditionally without any preservatives, they are highly perishable. We recommend refrigerating them immediately upon delivery. When stored properly in a refrigerator, they stay fresh and ready to use for 3 to 5 days.
Do you deliver outside Chennai?
For Dry Groceries: Yes, we deliver our masalas, flours, podis, millets, and rice across India!
For Fresh Batters: No. To ensure absolute freshness and food safety, our refrigerated batters are currently only available for local delivery within Chennai and select nearby areas.
What are your shipping charges?
We are delighted to offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999! For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
Because we deal in food and highly perishable grocery items, physical returns are not permitted due to hygiene and food safety standards. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or personal taste preferences.
However, if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 12 hours with a mandatory unboxing video, and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Are your rice and millets unpolished?
Yes, traditional varieties like our Karuppu Kavuni, Mappillai Samba, and whole millets (Ragi, Bajra, Jowar) are kept unpolished to retain their rich, natural dietary fibre and essential minerals.
